Perfect Boiled Eggs

Perfect every time without that sulfur smell or taste

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
2 quarts, cold water

METHOD

  1. In a medium sized pot with a tightly fitting lid place eggs and cold water.
  2. Place on burner on high heat and bring to a full boil.
  3. Turn off heat and cover pot with lid.
  4. Wait exactly 10 minutes. Then remove eggs.
  5. Allow eggs to cool and peel them or reserve for later use.
