Sesame Seed Dressing

From the Margarita restaurant in Colorado Springs.

Serves: 12


1 cup, il Fustino Avocado Oil
1/2 medium, yellow onion – coarsely chopped
2 cloves, garlic – peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons, soy sauce
1 lemon, – juiced
1/4 cup, sesame seeds – toasted


  1. Thoroughly mix first five ingredients in a blender.
  2. Stir in sesame seeds.
  3. Pour into a jar with a lid and chill before serving.

This works best if you use a lot.
